Let's Feed the Goats and Eat some Ice Cream ...

Chloe has been talking about going to "feed the goats and eat ice cream" for a couple weeks now so last weekend, we took a fun trip out to Young's Dairy. We haven't been there in over a year and Chloe really enjoyed herself this time. She was a lot more excited about everything this time.

We grabbed a quick dinner at the red barn restaurant. Joe and I split a burger and fries and Chloe got her favorite - a hot dog.
Enjoying some ice cream - Yum! Of all the flavors available at Young's, Chloe just wanted the "plain" (vanilla) flavor!
We sat outside to enjoy our ice cream after dinner and Chloe noticed this cow on a bicycle overhead. Her first comment about it was, "Look! He needs a helmet!"
Chloe was a little timid about feeding the goats at first, but she warmed up pretty quickly. She said they tickled her hand. She even reached out and petted a few of them.

We had such a fun time and plan to go back again soon! Actually, one of the first things Chloe said as we were driving away was, "We can do that again sometime soon!!"
