Caleb's Name

Several people have asked how we settled on Caleb's name. Well, the little guy almost didn't have a name, believe it or not!! It is probably a good thing he came late since we didn't actually decide on his name until about a week and a half before he was born!! Actually, Joe and I didn't really even choose the name! Out of the blue, a couple months ago, Chloe started calling her baby brother Caleb! Of course, it was in the running as one of our top choices, so she must have heard us talking about it. The closer we got to Caleb's birth, the more Chloe talked about him, referring to him as Caleb. She told everyone, everywhere we went that her "baby brother Caleb" was in my belly! So, there you go ... Chloe is the one who chose Caleb's name. So far, I'm 0-2 for choosing the names of my kids :-) Maybe if we have another one I'll get to choose then!! :-)
