COSI!

We visited COSI last spring with the kids and had a great time! Check it out!  http://www.cosi.org/ Chloe has been begging to go back ever since then, so we decided to make a Saturday trip out of it this summer!

Our adventure began on the Street of Progress! It chronicled various aspects of life here in America over the past 150 -200 years.  We ran out of time to visit this area the last time we came, so we spent a lot of time here on this visit! This was my favorite area of the museum!

Chloe hopped in one of the rides on the street! I don't think it was functional, but she had a fun time sitting in it!! Wish I could find some of those rides for only 10 cents!!

There was a television station. Chloe took a turn filming another kid do the news for the day.

The kids favorite place in the museum is the space dedicated to little kids!! Since we went on the weekend, it was packed, but we still had a great time!!

Caleb and Chloe both enjoyed the two "frame" houses at the museum. Here Caleb checks out the sink. He really wanted the water to run!!

Water play time!! This part had sprayers that could be aimed all over. The nice part was that this one was completely enclosed so the kids could get as crazy as they wanted with the sprayers and still stay dry!

More water play! Caleb was a little overwhelmed with all of the kids, but Chloe dove right in!

Of all the fun things geared toward young kids, Caleb found a lady using this sweeper to clean the floor!! He loves vacuum cleaners/sweepers and was elated that she let him play with it for a little while!!

The kids visit the "eye doctor" in the childrens' area!

There was a special agricultural/farming/tractor exhibit going on while we were there, so we braved the hot summer heat and headed out into the courtyard to take it all in!! There was a lot of information about agriculture and more John Deere tractors than we could count!!

Chloe got to "milk" a cow! She thought it was pretty funny!!

There were little tractors for the kids to drive around. Chloe had a ball on this one!

Outside the big water exhibit! This is another really cool part of COSI. There are all kinds of fountains and big sprayers and water features for big and little kids alike!!

Chloe climbed down into the sub all by herself!! What a big girl!!

We had a great time at COSI and cannot wait to go back!! It has been so much fun to take all of these Saturday/Sunday trips!!
